AV fistula/graft is the lifeline of every dialysis patients . and one simple mistake of accidentally taking the blood pressure, drawing blood or putting the IV line to the arm with the access site can cause permanent damage to the AV fistula/graft. 

Not everyone is aware or familiar about an AV fistula/graft and should a situation arise that no family is around and our dialysis client cannot communicate, it puts the AV fistula/graft at greater risk of such preventable damage.

Would love to make this a five star

The band is very nice but patients on dialysis have swelling problems and any constriction on the wrist is bad! This barely fits. My wrist measures 8" and the band is slightly over. A little larger would have been perfect!

Having been using these bands for two yrs

I've been using these bands since having Cancerous Lymph Node removal. I've been purchasing Red to draw attention should something happen but did decide to try Pink which is a great color as well. I only remove when showering, otherwise, on my wrist at all times. They do hold up well but do keep at least one spare on hand for changing out. Highly recommend these!!
