At MandMcares, we understand how important it is to receive your items quickly and reliably. We are committed to processing and shipping your order with care.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country. MandMcares is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. MandMcares is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find a resolution as quickly as possible.
